One Builders - Mobile App. Residents Management Mobile App


Introduction
A small problem in our project is that users only use the app to manage the services provided by One Builders and also get to manage their own custom services from outside. Users can acces the feature by using this app like news, updates from builders and campaigns going on throught the society, events and festivals etc...
One Builders helping them by providing advance feature for entry and exit of Guests and Vistiors at Gate & Tower Level by Scanning QR Code.
Defining Goals

Managing Utilities:
Basic to advance feature level of access of manage services and activities like incoming and outgoing of apartments. Manage the Visitor and Guests with absolute transparency. Managing the Utility services of apartment.

Complete advance for Visitor and Guests Entry level to exit level. Occasional Events, Utility Service booking, Campaigns and real life activities.
Business goals:
Awaring the people about the benefits of our products and save time and efforts of residents. Clean & Clear Interacted UI with absolute User Experience.

Interviewed people from different backgrounds, age groups, gender and occupation. Even considered the level of the phone users from ameture to expert. There are already apps like Apnacomplex, Mygate, Jio Gate etc in the market, my aim was to improve the experience for all kind of users with the advance level of features...
